Your initial purchase of Second CEO Text or Second CEO Voice has a 60-day money-back guarantee.

Who it covers

The guarantee applies to your initial purchase of either paid product. It does not apply to later renewals or a later purchase after a refund.

How to request a refund

Request the refund within 60 days of the initial purchase using the support contact shown on your purchase receipt. Include the email address used for the purchase so the order can be identified.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel either subscription at any time for the next monthly renewal. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.
